Mapping water quality


                              



Salmon Ecology Team researcher Arnold Ammann uses a GPS linked profiler to map water quality parameters in Scott Creek Lagoon to determine distribution of favorable habitat for rearing steelhead trout. Information collected includes temperature, salinity, pH, and dissolved oxygen.
