A draft plan addresses the recovery of Southern California steelhead, which spawns in watersheds from the Santa Maria River (just north of Point Conception) south to the Tijuana River at the U.S.-Mexico border. NOAA Fisheries is seeking public review and comment from all interested parties. Public meetings will be held on August 25 and September 1, 2009.
