My most broad research interests lie in conservation ecology. More specifically, I am interested in carnivore ecology, predator-prey dynamics, mitigating the effects of activities related to large-scale resource extraction activities on wildlife populations, in addition to population dynamics and habitat use patterns of endangered species. Most of my professional development is terrestrial based with a focus on wolves, and more recently, woodland caribou in Canada. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to apply my skill set to marine mammal and sea turtle research and conservation as the newest member of the Science, Implementation, Planning and Policy program!
