CHANGES:

1. Added the LOC_SPECIFIC_LOGLS lines on the output. These provide locus specific log-likelihood curves.
2. Removed the ALL_LOCI lines of output because they are meaningless when sample sizes differ between loci.
3. Fixed a bug in the companion utility "simCoNeprob" that caused spurious results if the number of lineages at time T was very large, and few replicates were run in simCoNeprob. (Thanks to Stuart Barker for catching this.)
