AERD researchers use advanced technologies for data collections in extreme conditions.

Deploying these technologies allows the AMLR Program to collect data at remote sites during all times of the year.  These systems can also survey sites that researchers cannot easily access, due to weather or terrain obstacles. Maintaining these systems is a cost-effective way to continue to collect critical data.
